Refund Policy
1. Overview
At ViralDashboard, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased directly through viraldashboard.com.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial paid subscription date.
This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers to any paid plan (Starter, Professional, Business, or Agency), both monthly and annual billing cycles, and the initial subscription payment only.
How to Claim
- Contact us at billing@viraldashboard.com within 14 days of your first payment
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request (optional)
- We will process the refund without requiring further justification
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals, plan changes after the initial 14-day period, accounts that have previously claimed the guarantee, or accounts terminated for policy violations.
3. Pro-Rata Refunds
Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day period, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused months. The monthly rate used for calculation will be the standard monthly price (not the discounted annual rate).
Example: Professional annual plan at $468/year ($39/month). Standard monthly price is $49/month. After 5 months, you cancel. Amount consumed: 5 x $49 = $245. Refund: $468 - $245 = $223.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- AI Credits Consumed — AI-generated text, images, analytics insights, and suggestions
- Custom Domain Setup — Once the domain has been provisioned and configured
- One-Time Setup Fees — Onboarding, migration, or setup fees once work has commenced
- Add-On Purchases — Additional social profiles, team seats, or storage purchased mid-cycle
- Training and Consultation — Personalized training or strategy sessions once delivered
5. Cancellation Process
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Self-service: Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription > Cancel Plan

- Support: Contact our support team via live chat
After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, during which time you may export your data or resubscribe. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
6. Refund Timeline
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer/ACH: 10-15 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the same currency as the original transaction.
7. Annual Plan Additional Terms
If your annual plan auto-renews and you did not intend to renew, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not actively used the Service during that period. Mid-term downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
8. Enterprise and Custom Plans
Enterprise and custom plans may have specific refund terms outlined in the applicable order form or service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us at billing@viraldashboard.com before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access and provide evidence to contest the chargeback.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
We may grant refunds outside the standard terms for extended service outages exceeding our SLA, critical bugs rendering the Service unusable, billing errors or duplicate charges, or death or serious illness of the account holder.
